Samsung Electronics is ready to shake up the smartphone market again. Industry insiders say the company will launch its brand-new trifold smartphone next month, with a price tag estimated to be around 4 million won (about $2,720).
Sources indicate that the South Korean tech giant will hold a special event for the trifold smartphone on December 5th. On the same day, the phone will go on sale in its home country.
This exciting new model folds twice, splitting into three parts. When you unfold it completely, it opens up to a large 10-inch screen, similar to a tablet. But when you close it, it becomes compact, like a regular smartphone, making it easy to carry around.
Initially, Samsung plans to release the new device in a few major markets. These include China, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates. The price range for this innovative phone is expected to fall between just under 3 million won and over 4 million won. To give you an idea, the Galaxy Z Fold 7, which came out in July, costs 2.37 million won for the 256GB model.
Industry experts believe Samsung will release a limited number of these phones at first, with an estimated 20,000 to 30,000 units available for the initial launch. Get ready for a new way to experience mobile technology!
