Wonderful, an Israeli startup, just announced it raised another $100 million in a private funding round. The company’s platform helps businesses manage AI agents that serve customers across various channels, including voice, chat, and email, in any language.
This marks the second time Wonderful has secured funding this year. They previously raised $34 million in an initial round back in July, shortly after launching. These smart AI agents stand out because they learn to adapt their responses to fit local cultures, making interactions more natural for customers worldwide.
Wonderful started with its research and development in Israel, where it was founded, but its main office is now in Amsterdam. The company projects strong financial growth, expecting to reach about $10 million in yearly recurring revenue by 2025. This latest funding round values the company at an impressive $700 million.
Wonderful reports of experiencing rapid expansion. Since July, it has successfully moved into new markets across Europe and the Middle East. The company is now making plans to launch its services in the Asia-Pacific region in early 2026, further extending its global reach.
Bar Winker, CEO and founder of Wonderful, highlighted the significant demand they are seeing from large companies. “The scale of demand we’re seeing from enterprises is enormous,” he said. Winker explained that this new funding will allow Wonderful to expand even faster. They plan to hire local teams in new regions and invest more in the technology that powers their platform, ensuring continued innovation and support for their growing customer base.
Index Ventures led the most recent funding round. Insight Partners and IVP also participated, alongside earlier investors Bessemer and Vine Ventures, who returned to support Wonderful’s continued growth. Hannah Seal, a partner at Index Ventures, echoed the sentiment about market need, stating, “The demand for locally-designed AI agents has proven enormous.” This strong investor backing underscores the belief in Wonderful’s technology and its potential in the global market.
